MS Dhoni Always Arranges Stadium Tickets For This Pakistan Based Fan Since 2011

Cricket is not merely a sport in India but rather a religion. A religion without any boundaries; which unites people across the world in a unit because of their tremendous love for this sport. As Indians will be looking forward to the first clash of World Cup 2019 between India and Pakistan on June 16, 2019; a Pakistan based fan might be present in the stadium because of former Indian captain MS Dhoni.

Bashir who is popularised as ‘Chacha Chicago’ among the media outlets might be cheering for his team on June 16, 2019. MS Dhoni, the former captain of Indian Cricket Team, has been arranging the stadium tickets for him since World Cup 2011.

Bashir was first helped by MS Dhoni to secure a ticket for the 2011 World Cup semifinal clash between India and Pakistan. Bashir is known for his tremendous dedication towards the game. Despite being born in Pakistan, he always cheers for India and Pakistan, spreading the love and peace amongst both countries.

Once in an interview, Bashir told the media, “I don’t call him(MS Dhoni) as he is so busy. I keep in touch only through text messages. Long before I came here, Dhoni assured me of the ticket. He is a great human being. I can’t think of anyone else doing what he has done for me since that 2011 game in Mohali.”

Bashir has also helped an Indian fan named ‘Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary’ during the Asia Cup Tournament 2018. He had sponsored the trip of the India Fan to the UAE as the latter do not possess the money for his travel. As the cricket fans across the world will witness the most intense and exciting match between India and Pakistan on June 16, 2019; this Pakistan based man will be cheering for both the team playing for their respective countries.
