Wash your face before bed, it keeps your skin healthy. Wash with warm water and a cleanser for fresh looking skin. Pre-bed steps like these will prevent pores from plugging into the skin.

Moisturise

Moisturise your skin well before bed. According to Robin Evens “For most people, an emollient-rich moisturizer should be applied after properly cleansing, before bedtime.”
